Replacement, Cancellation and Refund Policy

IES will at any stage authorise and facilitate a change in the nominated particpant.

Requests for cancellation received within 10 days of the event will be non-refundable.

Requests for cancellation received within 15 days of the event will incur an administrative charge of 25%.
-
Requests for cancellation received prior to 15 days of the event will incur no administrative charge or penalty.
-
In the event that a training workshop or event is cancelled, the full fee already paid will be refunded.
